Everything is held in balance.   Opposing forces are continuously at play in every facet.  Just as every action has an equal and opposite reaction, every force has an equal and opposite force. 
In life, both positive and negative forces are necessary for existence.  When your life is balanced, you become a powerful entity connected to a core strength.  Outside factors and stresses are counter-acted by your inner strength and no longer have the power to throw you off your intended path.  When you operate from a point of balance, you are grounded and centered.

Love is something that cannot be fully defined. There is no way to describe such a profound concept.  Love is at the core of everything past, present and future.  Love is the force of life.  Nobody has figured out how to measure, tangibly identify, or harness love and all its power.  Creation, growth and destruction result from love, and without love there is only emptiness.

Stress management is something that everyone struggles with on a daily basis.  Environmental factors play heavily into stress levels.  Our bodies are indeed affected by our stress levels, which are directly affected by our environment.   Besides environmental stress factors, there are psychological factors that contribute to stress, which may seem easier to control than the environmental factors but both are more linked to our interpretation of the events rather than the actual event itself.  Each can take a toll on our physical and mental health.
